John Lewis is getting old, and may retire soon. Maybe with his blessing, Ossoff could be defacto coronated as rep of GA 5th.

It's a Black VRA seat, I'd expect Lewis's successor to be Black. I'd imagine he'd prefer a minority succeed him, and Black primary voters probably would too.

Cough cough, Steve Cohen... I think there is something special in Ossoff too, maybe even special enough to become the Steve Cohen of GA 5th.
