Considering the intimacy of sex, I think that the sex workers should be able to refuse anyone they don't wish to be with. My view on this doesn't have anything to do with race specifically, though.

I did a little research and found that Nevada doesn't seem to have regulations relevant to discriminatory practices:

Further, it's not clear federal non-discrimination statutes would cover this kind of 'service.' Given the nature of the business, probably not.
