Absolutely. Its about time that this crime against humanity be taken as seriously as anything else of similar magnitude.

Imagine if your country was in a Ukraine like situation.

I know in the USA "war" means Vietnam or Iraq, but the reality in other countries is different.

The International Courts should only be used where countries don't have a functional court system.

It's like legal aid for povo countries.

Imagine if your country was in a Ukraine like situation.

I know in the USA "war" means Vietnam or Iraq, but the reality in other countries is different.

Not going to open a can of worms, but so much of the "discourse" around wars right now shows that Americans have no understanding of what a defensive war is and project our own experiences onto other countries. Other countries don't go thousands of miles to the other side of the world to fight their wars so there's a different standard.
