The Kingdom of Sweden and the United States of America, bonded by the historic friendship and building further on the existing Treaty of Amity and Commerce agree to the following

1. The Kingdom of Sweden shall come to the aid of the United States in the war effort against the Regency of Tripoli

2. The signatories condemn the Regency of Tripoli for its intrusion on the freedom of commerce of European merchants.

3. The United States of America and Kingdom of Sweden hereby shall commit to a non-agression pact between the two states.

4. The United States hereby recognises the inherent claim made by Sweden on the territory of Nova Zealandia which shall be renamed into Nya Svealand and shall represent the Swedish position internationally.

1. The Sublime Porte, acting on behalf of the consorted subordinate Beyliks of Ifriqiya and the Maghreb, shall directly compensate the various nations for their financial and mercantile losses as a result of Corsair activity at a rate of 1.5x that of that of the original value of the goods directly from the coffers of tbe Imperial Treasury

2. The Osmanli Donanmasi shall, jointly, engage in anti-piracy operations in the Mediterranean and shall forever more guarantee the complete safety and security of all merchants, diplomats, and other men of good heart and virtue so long as they are in Ottoman waters

3. Any Christians captured, and enslaved, during this current conflict between the European and American states against the subjects of the Porte in North Africa shall be freed having safe passageway to return to their respective nations of origin with a small sum of coin.

4. In the name of the Padishah, Yusuf Karmanli, Bey of Tripoli, is to, henceforth, be stripped of his title as Bey, for his refusal to obey the Sultan and adhering to the Treaty of Paris.

5. Yusuf Karmanli, is ordered to stand down and turn himself into the hands of Ottoman authorities to stand trial for his subsequent crimes against peace and against the will of the Sultan.

6. Karmanli shall be taken to stand trial in the city of Seville in the Kingdom of Spain. The trial shall be lead by a special qadi sent from Istanbul to oversee the proceedings. The prosecution is to comprise of a special selection of French, Swedish, and American lawyers. And the jury is to comprise of an impartial body of Spanish men.

7. The ports of Tunis, Algiers, and Tripoli shall be directly occupied by a joint Ottoman-European/American force. With emphasis on the Republic of France holding the port of Algiers, the Kingdom of Sweden holding the port of Tunis, and the American Republic holding the port of Tripoli.

8. Taxes, justice, and administrative functions of the Beyliks shall continue to remain held in the name of the Sultan. Enforcement of the provisions of the treaty alongside maintaining order shall comprise of a joint Ottoman-Coalition force of boots on the ground.
