McLeod-Skinner is back in, but after her loss in 2022, the Democratic party establishment doesn't seem to want her again.

Hakeem Jeffries supposedly recruited Bynum to run.

Lynn Peterson is in as well.

Who is the frontrunner?

I've heard some people call JMS the frontrunner due to Peterson and Bynum splitting the more moderate vote and JMS winning the Bend area. Peterson and Bynum both from the Porltand suburbs, which is really a strength in my my mind.

Gun to my head: Bynum is the nominee.

What advantage does Bynum have over Peterson?

I think she has more name recognition, as a sitting state representative. She also has defeated LCD twice.

I would not be surprised if the DCCC or the PACs put big money behind her.

With Peterson out, I think Bynum is now even more favored. The DCCC is behind her.

I was correct, as were the majority of those polled.

It wasn't a particularly close race either.
