My bigger question is why is the left so bad when it comes to the social media game - you don't see equivalent accounts like End Wokeness on the left in anywhere near the same magnitude.
A lot probably has to do with the more factional, big-tent nature of the Democratic Party, and it being the only default vehicle for the left in the USA. It's the party's biggest asset and weakness at the same time.
Using Gaza as an example, it's easy to be a Republican: just be pro-Israel. If you're a Democrat you have to juggle significant both pro- and anti-Zionist sentiments.
