I'll do heat index/wind chill since temperature alone doesn't always do justice.

45-85, it's fine (if it's humid, drop the high number 5-10)
15-44, chilly out tonight (this number varies by season)
-5-15, cold (if it's windy, raise this number 10+)

Like Battista i will use the grades 99% of the world actually does use

>40 Too hot
35-40 Still too hot
30-35 Nice during day, horrible at night
25-30 Best peak temperature during daytime, horrible at night outside but allright for room temperature. Great cycling temperature
20-25 Best room temperature, best to do activity-related stuff, the most chill temperature
15-20 Best for running or more intense work
10-15 Allright if the sun shines (i'm using shadow temperature). But already a bit too cold for my taste
5-10 Too cold
0-5 Hate this already
-5 - 0 Love the snow but i'm suffering
-10 - 5 Tbh if dry air better than some of the above lol, and usually this kind of temperature here only happens with dry weather
-15 -10 same for above
<-15 haven't experienced this really ever

In Celsius:

> 40 - Hell on Earth / Unbearable / Want to stay inside home on air-conditioner all day
35 - 40 - Way too Hot but still sometimes acceptable (though uncomfortable) for Beach and other Outdoor activities
30 - 35 - Hot but in a much more enjoyable way for Beach and Outdoor activities
25 - 30 - Perfection for Beach and other sunny Outdoor activities
20 - 25 - Normalcy / Mid temperature that is neither hot or cold
15 - 20 - Comfy Cold temperatures that are perfect for you to really enjoy walking around to
10 - 15 - Cold but still manageable to walk around and do everyday stuff
5 - 10 - Uncomfortable Cold that makes you depressed but still acceptable, as long as you wear a bunch of clothes to walk around
< 5 - Hell on Earth / Unbearable / Want to stay inside home under blanket all day

Basically, 22,5 Celsius is the average “normal” temperature that I consider Ideal for most days of the year, but I would enjoy having 10 Celsius variations for more or less during the year depending on the season.

I am talking mostly about Day here, as in the Night it’s more okay to get Cold and anything above 30 in the night would fall in the “Unbearable” category to me.

If anyone has recommendations of cities in the world that are like that, I would love to hear it.

I agree with this, but I’ve never experienced anything below 5 Celsius. Less than 10 was already close to unbearable to me, you don’t feel enthusiasm to go outside at all.
