I was going to say “rare Polis L” but it seems he reluctantly signed it despite this last-minute amendment delaying ranked choice because the other parts were important for this year’s election. I trust the guy is smart enough to know what he’s doing.

The headline doesn't do justice to the story. Apparently there were last minute amendments from the legislature that made this unworkable. Not sure if that's just an excuse or not, but from what the article says this doesn't seem dishonorable or unreasonable to me.
