I do find it pertinent to point out that I believe this would suspend aid to Israel because they expelled our ambassador under Scott’s admin and I don’t think they have restored unless I am mistaken.

switching to Nay, Cao makes a good point. Should the senator wish to introduce a separate bill regarding this, they're free to, but this is not relevant to the idea of the bill.
