I figure I'd set myself up with an NGO to bring sick people to me, I'd be too valuable to humanity to travel regularly.  Maybe 10 hours a day spent touching sick people.  A few hours of "me" time, sleep.  Then back at it.  Obviously the primary focus would be on younger people, but perhaps instead of donations, the organization can be financed by the occasional rich old guy.

I'll give an honest answer and not a meme one. Mind-reading. As an autistic person it drives me mad when I'm talking to someone and I have no idea what they're really thinking about me, what they want from me, if they care about me or not, if they're enjoying the conversation or desperately wish they were doing something else. Of course I'd want to have a way to screen out intrusive thoughts and general noise, but I'd really appreciate to have some way to read people's mindsets.
