Very silly lawsuit.

Also, I looked up one of the students in the lawsuit (Kayla Savage), and surprise, surprise—she's a Trumper who worked on his re-election campaign as an intern earlier this year. Also, she was a member of Turning Points USA *yuck*.

Something something equality feels like oppression to the oppressors.

Well not sure about the merits of these particular students cases but the statistics on college admissions that came out during the Supreme court case revealed it is not "equal" on any level. White, Asian, and Hispanic students have to do orders of magnitude better than a black student to have the same odds of getting in.

I don't see why a college shouldn't reserve the right of scholarship to itself.

Not sure why this thread keeps getting nuked.

But yeah, no, this is a laughably false claim.

This is a guy who wrote a book on white supremacy and is a leftie in every regard. But even he knows what’s going on behind the scenes. He just made the mistake of saying it in public so he just sent out a subsequent apology

His book/research is fairly garbage but plenty of garbage stuff still gets in.

White grievance and mediocrity has no border.

When people make it clear they support affirmative action, they remind me of the saying in Animal Farm: "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others."

News flash. Being born white is its own form of affirmative action.
