No cuts to social spending. Child benefits to be increased. The basic child security will finally be introduced as well. Rent brake will be extended through 2029, ban on conversions (not sure what this means, exactly) remains. Housing benefits will not be cut. More funding for social housing construction. More investment in renewable energy. Pension level guaranteed at 48% of average lifetime earnings. No cuts to humanitarian aid. More money for infrastructure, daycare centers, schools, and job creation.
Debt brake remains. Otherwise the SPD and Greens prevailed for the most part.
